World's Fastest, Even Heating, Energy Efficient, Digitally Controlled Investment Casting- Lost Wax Casting Melters

PRIMO wax melting tanks are used to melt the wax used in investment casting- lost wax casting. Usually, the investment casting wax is heated and melted to 180-190F/82-87C and then this molten wax is poured into a mold to create a wax pattern in the exact shape of the item to be cast, even complicated shapes that would be difficult or impossible with other casting methods. This wax pattern is then coated with a slurry (usually ceramic, plaster, or plastic) to make a mold. The wax is then melted out of the mold and molten metal is poured into the cavity. The metal solidifies and the mold is broken or blasted off, producing a metal casting with thin walled, complex and intricate shapes and excellent tolerances.
