The Pour X-Press 3000 is a 100% Stainless Steel portable cart with built in controls, featuring the Fastest, Even Heating, Energy Efficient Primo Modified Direct Heat Melter (150lb, 250lb, 350lb, 500lb,750lb, 1000lb) and the Digital, Automated AutoShot3000 System.
- Stainless Steel Industrial Steel Cart:
- Heavy Duty, high-impact and corrosion resistant 304 grade stainless steel construction which is heat, impact, chemical, and moisture resistant.
- Dimensions: 34in.L x 23in.W x 32in.H cart (for 150 pound melter models, larger melting tank sizes require larger carts).
- Industrial solid rubber casters make unit portable and roll easily. 2-piece casters ball-bearing swivels and 2 locking units.

- Internal Round Tank is high-impact and corrosion resistant 304 grade stainless steel construction with #2 finish that provides years of service while maintaining excellent appearance with no rust,chipping or flaking and prevents rusting and chipping.
- Digital Temperature Controller: Easy to read and use 4-digit 7-Segment LED to provide accurate, precise heating from -0° to 212° F/ 100 ° C, with On/Off status, easy fingertip-touch pad which has lockable feature and allows easy set up and adjustment of control set-point, differential, and other functions.

Super energy efficient and rated for a maximum digitally controlled temperature of 400° F (204°C), but with a limiter setting to keep it at a maximum of 212° F (100°C) degrees so there is extra insulation, protection and extended life.
